Return & Refund Policy

Dear Customers,

Our pieces are extremely limited, and as such, we do not offer refunds.
We carefully check every package before shipment. However, if you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, you may return the item, and we will promptly send you a correct replacement.

Products must be in original, unused condition — items that are scratched, worn, or damaged will not qualify for replacement or refund.
If we receive returned packages containing products that are not from our store, no replacement or refund will be issued, and the customer will be banned from future purchases.

In approved cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–4 business days after the returned order is received.
Please note: if a replacement is needed, customers are responsible for the shipping fee for sending the new item. Shipping fees are not covered by us.
